I’m excited to partner with Mrs. T’s Pierogies to bring you 6 simple family-friendly recipes over the next few months. Mrs. T’s Pierogies can be found in the freezer section at many major grocery stores and are a delicious ravioli-type pasta filled with some of your favorite things like cheese, mashed potatoes and spices.

If you’re a busy mom like me, having quick and easy dinner components that you can keep stocked in your freezer is a game-changer. This ramen recipe features mini Pierogies that are the perfect bite-size morsels. It features a short list of ingredients and comes together in under 20 minutes.

I like using Mrs. T’s Mini Classic Cheddar Pierogies in this recipe, but you can certainly use any flavor of the mini pierogies you prefer. The only other ingredients you need are ramen noodles (discard the flavor packets since we’re adding our own!), chicken stock, garlic, ginger, salt, soft-boiled eggs and salt.

This ramen recipe was definitely a crowd-pleaser with my family. We were basically fighting over who got the last few bites. I hope you love it and I can’t wait to share 5 other simple recipes with you featuring Mrs. T’s Pierogies.
