I really can’t believe this moment has finally come. It’s time for the launch of my Costco One Stop Meals Cookbook!!

My team and I have spent MONTHS and MONTHS perfecting every detail of this cookbook: recipe creation, photoshoots, designing, editing, editing, and more editing! It’s truly been a labor of love. I cannot wait for you all to get your hands on a copy!

I also spent a LOT of time figuring out how to make this cookbook as user-friendly as possible. I wanted to ensure it’s a cookbook you’ll actually use … not just something to sit on the shelf and look pretty. (Although it does look very pretty!)

So today I’m sharing a quick tutorial on how to get the most out of this cookbook!

How to Use the Costco One Stop Meals Cookbook

1. Choose Your Recipes for the Week

First, flip through the book and find the recipes you want to make for the week. If you already have bulk ingredients on hand, use the index to find recipes that call for those ingredients. Use the meal planning bookmarks to mark recipes.

2. Write Your Meal Plan on the Weekly Menu Stand

I released the Weekly Menu Stand in the Home & Kind shop last year, and I’m so thrilled that it goes hand in hand with the Costco One Stop Meals Cookbook. Once you’ve chosen recipes for the week, write them out on the menu stand and display it in the kitchen so nobody is ever left wondering what’s for dinner!

3. Create Your Grocery List with the Costco Shopping List Notepad

If you’re anything like me, you love a nicely organized checklist. Inspired by the cookbook, I created a Costco Shopping List Notepad to give you just that. It’s the perfect way to neatly list everything you’ll need to make your Costco meals. Never forget an ingredient again! The shopping list is organized according to the layout of most Costco stores so you can shop in order.

4. Shop for Your Groceries in ONE STOP at Costco!

Now it’s time to go shopping! As the name of the cookbook suggests, you can get ALL of the ingredients in one stop. You’ll save time and money by getting everything in bulk at ONE location. Yes, that includes all the sauces, dips, spices, etc!

5. Prepare Your Meals

And finally, the moment of truth! It’s time to prepare your selected meals. Since every recipe is EASY, delicious, and family-friendly, this part should be as stress-free as possible! Don’t forget to share the finished product on social media using the hashtag #onestopmeals. I can’t wait to see your creations!
