You’ve probably tried a root beer float, but have you tried a root beer freeze?  It may seem like an extra step to blend the ice cream and root beer, but I promise you it’s worth it!  Somehow blending those two ingredients leaves you with the creamiest, most perfectly balanced milkshake of a dessert.

When you’re making your root beer freezes, always add more ice cream than you think you’ll need.  You want the consistency to be nice and thick, so more ice cream than root beer is required.
