Nothing feels more like fall than pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. In an effort to feel fall in the 90 degree North Carolina air, we whipped up a batch of our favorite recipe. Naturally, I have to share because it’s quick and easy in true Homegrown Traditions style. In fact, I don’t even know if it can be considered a “recipe” because it’s ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Ingredients

Three things, that’s literally all you need. No gimmicks. Not even sneaky hidden ingredients like water, salt, or spices. If you are anything like me, they are probably even ingredients you already have on hand!

  • Spice Cake Mix
  • Pumpkin
  • Chocolate Chips

If you thought the ingredients were simple, you’ll love the instructions even more! Ready? Here is is:

Stir the cake mix and pumpkin together. Stir in the chocolate chips. Put on a pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.

That’s it!

3 Ingredient Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

You may wonder how a box of cake mix and pumpkin can come together to create something so delicious, but it’s a home run every time! Truly, the most challenging thing about this recipe is not eating it all in one setting. On second thought, maybe double the batch so you have some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies left to share!
