Easter is right around the corner and putting together Easter baskets is probably on your mind.  I try to be really intentional about gifts for my kids and putting together Easter baskets is no different.  So this year, I filled the baskets with things that are useful, practical and not just “filler” items.  The process was easy and seamless because you can order everything from Walmart using your Walmart+ membership for free shipping!

Walmart+

I used Walmart+ for all of my baskets and gifts. It is my favorite way to shop these days, since I don’t even need to leave the house! The pickup option is amazing, but the free delivery from the store has won my heart! ($35 minimum. Restrictions apply. Don’t forget to tip your driver – it’s well worth it). If you haven’t tried Walmart+, I would highly recommend signing up. And if you live in more rural areas a little farther away from the store, don’t feel left out! Walmart has also introduced Walmart+ free shipping, no minimum required, so you can participate, too (excludes freight & Marketplace items)!  There’s a benefit for everyone.

The Easter Basket Formula

As I assembled these baskets, I realized that there is a formula for the perfect Easter basket!  I chose items for each child in the following categories that were age appropriate for each.

Basket

Crinkle Paper

Book

Chocolate Bunny

Art Supplies

Shoes

Goggles

Bath Bomb

Small Toy

I hope these ideas give you a good place to start!  They make for a fun, practical, useful Easter basket that both you and your kids will love.
