Baked Oatmeal

coconut oil
melted

honey

vanilla

old fashioned oats

baking powder

tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine milk, melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
In a large separate bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
Spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray. Pour oat mixture into dish.
Bake for 30 minutes until lightly golden around the edges and set in the center.
