Fruit and veggie platters with some sort of dip are among my go-to after school snack ideas for the kids.  So St. Patrick’s Day gave me the perfect opportunity to put together an all-green fruit platter!  I used honeydew, kiwi, green grapes and green apples.

For the green dipping sauce, we customized our favorite sugar-free jello and greek yogurt mix to make it green.  The lime added a nice tang and was the perfect green color to compliment our green fruit.

If you make a green fruit platter, I’d love to see you post it on Instagram and tag me @homeandkind!

Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip

Pin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • .3 oz package sugar-free lime jello mix

Instructions

  • Mix yogurt and jello powder until combined.  The mixture might be a bit grainy and if that bothers you, feel free to combine it in a blender or food processor for a smoother finish.
