Shipping Policy

We are so grateful for your support of Home and Kind! As a small business, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to accept eligible returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

To start a return or exchange, please email orders@homeandkind.com with your order number (#HK-XXXX) and the reason for your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

Because we are a small business and offer free shipping on all orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We’re unable to offer free return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or defective.

You have two options for sending your return back:

• Ship it yourself: You’re welcome to use the carrier and shipping method of your choice. If you’re returning a cookbook, USPS Media Mail is often an inexpensive option. We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return has been processed.
  
• Let us provide a prepaid return label: If you’d rather skip the trip to the post office or shipping counter, just let us know when you contact customer service. We can email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
  

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@homeandkind.com with your order number and photos of the damage. In these cases, Home and Kind will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a replacement as appropriate.

Please note:

• All clearance purchases are final sale.
  
• Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  
• Returns must be received before a refund or exchange can be processed.
  
• Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
