When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days from our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Economy Shipping (Free): 5–10 business days

Priority Shipping ($10): 3–4 business days

Express Shipping ($25): 1-2 business days

International Shipping: 7–18 business days (customs/duties may apply)

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us at orders@homeandkind.com.

My order hasn't arrived—what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please email us with your order number at orders@homeandkind.com and we’ll help you track it down.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders take 7–18 business days and may be subject to local customs, duties, or taxes.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Email orders@homeandkind.com with your order number (#HK-XXXX) and reason for return.

Are returns free?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What items are non-returnable?

All clearance purchases are final sale

How will I know when my return is processed?

We’ll email you once your return is received and processed. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Can I earn a commission by sharing your products?

We don’t have a formal affiliate program at this time—but our cookbooks are available on Amazon! If you have an Amazon Associates account, you can earn a commission by sharing affiliate links to our books there.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

We don't offer gift wrapping at this time, but you can leave a gift message at checkout that will be included on the packing slip and send with your package to the recipient.
