Our Half Bath Renovation (Cost Breakdown + Sources)

I'm SO excited to share our half bathroom renovation with you today. Our downstairs half bathroom has been in need of a facelift for awhile now. And once I found this beautiful floral wallpaper from Ayara Home, the vision came together quickly.

And I am so happy with the results! Check out the post for the FULL cost breakdown and sources for everything from the vanity to the soap dispensers!

Half Bathroom: Before + After!

Before this renovation, our downstairs half bathroom was definitely a little blah. It was painted a brown, taupe-y color and had ZERO storage space because of the pedestal sink. And since it's our only bathroom downstairs, it always had my kids' toothbrushes out so they could brush their teeth before going to school.

The wallpaper and vanity completely transformed the space! In fact, the design for this bathroom totally kicked off with this pretty floral wallpaper from Ayara Home. Every single print on their website is beautiful, so it made it easy to sift through the options and pick something that felt well suited for our home. Even better yet, the wallpaper is removable!

Once I chose a print, I decided to go with brass accents and a vanity that offered a lot more storage space. I also bought new soap and lotion dispensers, hand towels, and a new, modern frame for a painting by my grandma.

The Finished Product

I still can't get over how the bathroom turned out. I love it! Now I just want to leave the bathroom door open to get a peek at the beautiful wallpaper every time I walk by. All of the hardware and lighting updates also made a huge difference to complete the space, and we are so happy to have more storage.
