This fresh peach pie recipe is one of my favorite things to make every summer. It’s very simple and doesn’t require any baking, making it perfect for those hot days when you don’t want to turn on the oven.
My sister-in-law made us this pie back when we lived in Texas, and I was immediately taken with it. I has quickly become my favorite peach dessert of all time.
I don’t usually love cooked fruit, so I love that this is a fresh fruit pie. There’s no need to mess around with fresh, ripe peaches. They’re one of the greatest joys in life—nothing compares!
2. Whisk sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together in a bowl. Pour over peaches.
3. Combine whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on medium high until medium peaks form.
4. Spread whipped cream over peach mixture. Best served within a few hours.
And that’s it—just four steps to the best peach dessert ever. It truly is the ultimate summer dessert. Your friends and family will be wowed by it and will have no idea how easy it is to make.
