I LOVE this book! It is making dinners so much easier and less stressful for me. I love the different options (Brunch, sheet pan, etc.) and the variety of recipes. Brittney is known for her tips and tricks and there are some but I would love if more were sprinkled in. Can't wait to try more recipes and more cookbooks!

Great recipes, easy meals and simple items. Favorite cookbook.

This may seem silly, but it’s fun. We have a group of 4 women. We meet once a month for our Costco dinner. Rule is whatever is served has to come from Costco. I was elated when I found “Costco one shop meals”. Bought my friends each one for Christmas, and of course I had to buy one for myself. We all loved it!!

I didn’t instantly love it like the Trader Joe cookbook but I’m definitely going to make some of the recipes!

The Costco cookbook is such a nice resource for us to have on hand. We got to Costco weekly and already keep on hand so many of the ingredients from the recipes. The ones we've tried so far have been really tasty and really easy to make. Thank you so much!

I’m giving as a gift so I haven’t opened it up, but I know my daughter-in-law will love it.

I love a one stop shop and easy recipes! This and the Trader Joe’s cookbook have been amazing.

I’ve always been a “search for something on Pinterest” kind of recipe gatherer until now! This is the first cookbook I’ve found that every recipe I’ve tried has been delicious and just the right amount of time spent in the kitchen! I love that I can plan my week’s meals by flipping through the pages and I can easily find enough meals that sound good for how I’m feeling that week. It had taken a mental load off of finding food for my family of seven!

So many delicious and easy recipes! I’m so excited to try them all.

Finding quick and simple recipes that become family favorites is always a bonus when raising a family of boys! Looking forward to trying more as we entertain extended family and friends. Shh…I’ll be gifting this to my niece with 3 teenage boys and a new Costco in their neighborhood!

Everything we’ve tried has been so good and so quick and easy! Definitely will use this cookbook allll the time! Love it!

I don’t even live anywhere near a Costco and the ingredients have all been available at stores near me. We have made several meals so far and they are all delicious and easy to make, simple to shop for. I also love how ingredients can carry over into other meals. Very versatile!

One after the other these simple recipes do not disappoint! Love the ease of one stop shopping with the simplicity and delicious creations!
