Snack Tray Ideas

Snack Tray with vegetables

I love having a snack tray prepared as an after school snack for my kids. They are always starving when they come home, and if I don't have something out for them they will take matters into their own hands... and their choices aren't the healthiest.

But, I have noticed that if I have a snack tray prepared, this is what they go for! And full disclosure, it helps me and my munchies, too!

A huge benefit of snack trays is the ability to prepare them ahead of time. I love my snack tray because it has a lid. But anything you have on hand will work well.

I love to throw anything I have on hand into the compartments, but here are a few ideas to get you going! Which one will you make first?

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Dip

  • 1 container vanilla greek yogurt (5.3 oz)
  • 2 Tbs powdered peanut butter
  • 2 Tbs mini chocolate chips
  1. Stir yogurt and powdered peanut butter together until well combined.

  2. Stir in mini chocolate chips.

  3. Serve with chocolate graham crackers, pretzel crisps, strawberries, bananas, etc.
