Sheet Pan Dinner with Pierogies and Squash

I love how quickly and easily a sheet pan dinner can come together. Plush, they are incredibly delicious. This recipe is no exception to that. I paired my go-to Mrs. T’s Pierogies with some squash and chicken sausage to get dinner on the table in 20 minutes flat.

Ingredients

1 box Mrs. T’s Pierogies 4 Cheese Medley, or your favorite variety of Mrs. T’s Pierogies
1 medium butternut squash
1 medium acorn squash
2 12 oz packages chicken sausage

Instructions

As usual, begin by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is warming up, cube the squash and slice the sausages. Then add those to the pan along with frozen pierogies.

Once the ingredients are assembled in the pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Drizzling Oil

Then simply bake for 10 minutes, stir, and bake for 10 minutes more.

This dinner is the epitome of simple yet it packs a punch of flavor. It’s perfect for a weeknight dinner in a pinch and switching out the vegetables could also add endless varieties. What are your favorite ingredients to add to your sheet pan dinner?

Pierogy Skillet Dinner

  • 1 box Mrs. T's Pierogies Cheddar (or your favorite variety)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables (frozen)
  • butter
  • seasoning
  1. Heat the skillet and melt the butter.

  2. Add the pierogies and sprinkle seasoning. Saute until brown on each side. Then remove the pierogies from heat and set aside.

  3. Add ground beef to skillet, sprinkle with seasoning, and brown.

  4. Once the beef is cooked, add frozen vegetables and remainder of seasoning. Allow to thaw and warm through.

  5. Add back in pierogies and stir to combine.
