These patriotic fruit sparklers are such a fun way to celebrate for the Fourth of July—or really any patriotic occasion!
And while they look like something out of a Martha Steward catalog, they couldn't be easier to put together. In fact, you could round up your kids to help assemble them. (Or create a table at your next party and let the guests make their own!)
Here's how to put together this festive and healthy snack:
Ingredients and Supplies
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Star cookie cutter
- Watermelon
- Blueberries
- Mini marshmallows
Instructions for Patriotic Fruit Sparklers
- Slice your watermelon into several rounds.
2. Then use a star cookie cutter to create watermelon stars.
3. Start assembling the sparklers by adding a star to the top of the skewer.
4. Then alternate adding marshmallows and blueberries until you reach the bottom of the skewer.
