Homemade Granola
Ingredients

rolled oats

sliced almonds

cashews or pecans

shredded sweet coconut

dark brown sugar
1/3
cup
pure maple syrup
1/3
cup
coconut oil
melted

tsp
salt

cup
craisins/raisins
optional
Instructions
Preheating oven to 250 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar, then set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt.
Pour the liquid over the oat mixture and stir well to combine.
Spread granola mixture onto a sheet pan and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring halfway through to achieve an even color.
When finished baking, remove from the oven, and transfer to a large bowl. Add craisins/raisins (if using) and mix until evenly distributed.
