Almond Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes buttermilk pancake mix
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine almond butter, honey, and almond extract in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add Kodiak Cake mix and chia seeds. Mix well.
  • Portion out using the small Home and Kind food scoop. Roll into balls and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
