The Best Breakfast Sandwiches (for Reheating)

Ingredients

  • 12 English muffins
  • 1 bag Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 Eggs
  • 12 slices Canadian bacon

Instructions

  • Slice English muffins open with a knife.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese in the mini waffle maker, then top with one egg. Cook for 2 minutes, until set. Repeat until you have enough for each sandwich.
  • Top each sandwich with the egg/cheese and Canadian bacon. Cool completely.
  • Assemble each sandwich, then wrap in plastic wrap and store in a gallon-sized bag. Keep in the freezer until ready to eat.
  • When ready to eat, unwrap the sandwich and place one half in each side of the CRUXGG 9qt Flex Basket Air Fryer.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes, then enjoy!
