Slice English muffins open with a knife.
Sprinkle shredded cheese in the mini waffle maker, then top with one egg. Cook for 2 minutes, until set. Repeat until you have enough for each sandwich.
Top each sandwich with the egg/cheese and Canadian bacon. Cool completely.
Assemble each sandwich, then wrap in plastic wrap and store in a gallon-sized bag. Keep in the freezer until ready to eat.
When ready to eat, unwrap the sandwich and place one half in each side of the CRUXGG 9qt Flex Basket Air Fryer.
Cook in the air fryer at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes, then enjoy!
