Pierogy Breakfast Sampler

Ingredients

  • 1 box Loaded Baked Potato Pierogies or your favorite Mrs. T's Pierogies
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • eggs scrambled
  • bread toasted and buttered
  • fruit of choice
  • ham sauteed

Instructions

  • Melt butter in skillet and cook pierogies according to package directions.
  • Sprinkle pierogies with seasoned salt and fresh parsley.
  • Scramble eggs and toast bread while pierogies are cooking.
  • Slice and prepare fruit.
  • Saute ham or breakfast meat of choice.
  • Layer all breakfast sample ingredients on a large cutting board.
  • Serve family-style!
