Snickerdoodle Mug Cake

Ingredients

Tbs
Cinnamon Oat Kodiak Cakes

Tbs
coconut oil

Tbs
pure maple syrup
1
Tbs
almond butter
1
egg
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug. Stir until incorporated.
Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds.
Notes
You can substitute whole-wheat or all-purpose flour if you don’t have Kodiak Cakes mix. Just add 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
You can also use peanut butter instead of almond butter - I just prefer the more mild almond taste in this recipe.
