The Best (and easiest) Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
4
eggs
1/2
cup
cold water
1/2
cup
milk
2
Tbs
butter
melted
1
cup
all-purpose flour
pinch
salt
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on high-speed until smooth.
Cover and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Spray pan with nonstick spray.
Add about 1/4 cup of batter to the center of the skillet and swirl it around to make a circle.
When crepe has small bubbles on the top, flip it with a rubber spatula and cook on the other side until lightly browned.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with sweet and savory toppings of your choice.
