Easy Fall Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 15.5-oz cans chili beans
  • 1 15.5-oz can kidney beans
  • 1 14.5-oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 15-oz can tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Heat a large pot over medium high heat.

  • Add the ground beef, onion, peppers, salt and pepper.  Cook until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  • Add chili beans, kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce (all undrained).  Heat through.

  • Serve with shredded cheese, diced avocado, sour cream, and tortilla chips
