Fresh Peach Pie


  • 1 graham cracker crust store-bought (or homemade)
  • 6-8 ripe peaches large
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  • Peel and dice peaches. Fill into the pie crust until the peaches are about level with the top.
  • Whisk sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together in a bowl. Pour over peaches.
  • Combine whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla in the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat on medium high until medium peaks form.
  • Spread whipped cream over peach mixture. Best served within a few hours.
