Açaí Bowls
Smoothie bowls that come together quickly for a summer snack!
Servings: 6
- 2 frozen bananas sliced
- 3 cups frozen fruit (We love mangoes and raspberries)
- 3 packets frozen açaí puree
- 1-2 cups spinach
- 2 1/2 cups apple juice
Combine all ingredients in a high-powdered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Scoop into bowls.
Top with sliced fruit, granola, chopped nuts, melted nut butter, honey, etc.
