Açaí Bowls

Smoothie bowls that come together quickly for a summer snack!
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas sliced
  • 3 cups frozen fruit (We love mangoes and raspberries)
  • 3 packets frozen açaí puree
  • 1-2 cups spinach
  • 2 1/2 cups apple juice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-powdered blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Scoop into bowls.
  • Top with sliced fruit, granola, chopped nuts, melted nut butter, honey, etc.
